What is the process?

Download the "Prescription Form" or on top of this page

Contact us in order for us to pick up the impression

We will send the impression to our headquarters in Korea and they will start production on the crown

Once the finished crown is sent back to us, we will deliver it to you
How long does it take for the crown to arrive?
For most cases, the estimate arrival time of the crowns will take up to 10 business days, all determined from the time of order placed production processes, pickup and delivery time as mentioned above earlier through the process, but if you directly email the 3D scan to us, this process will take up to 5 days instead.
What happens if the crown is defective?
The chances of having a defective crown is relatively low, however if this were the case in any situation, we will have a new crown produced up to 5 days maximum to replace the defective crown.
